Vintage Valley Parkway Plaza Groundbreaking Celebration 

ZILLAH, WA - The City of Zillah invites you to join us to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Vintage Valley Parkway Plaza, an exciting addition to our safe and growing community. The Parkway Plaza is strategically located close to an I-82 interchange and on a 250-acre commercial and tourism-zoned corridor recently completed by the City of Zillah, WA.

This new development will consist of two buildings spanning 15,000 square feet and offer an enticing blend of customizable retail, restaurant, and professional office spaces. The groundbreaking ceremony will start at 4:30 PM on March 28th, followed by a reception at Yakima Chief Ranches across the street from the site at 1005 Vintage Valley Parkway, Zillah, WA 98953.

“This groundbreaking marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Zillah to create a vibrant commercial hub along the recently completed Vintage Valley Parkway,” said Michael Grayum, City Administrator. “The Parkway Plaza is a beacon of opportunity in the lower valley, creating several new amenities for everyone who lives and travels to Zillah to enjoy all we have to offer here in the heart of wine country.”

The Parkway Plaza's strategic positioning ensures high consumer traffic and maximum visibility from I-82, making it an ideal destination for businesses and visitors. With a population of 461,830 residents within a 60-mile radius, Zillah is creating a central hub for commerce and culture in the region.
